How It Works

Every 24 hours, each game gets a new puzzle. Some are about cars, some are about geography, and more can grow from there. The goal is the same across all of them: use the clues, narrow things down, and figure it out in as few guesses as possible.

Made and Maintained Independently

Deduce is an independent project, built and maintained as a living collection rather than a one-off game. Puzzles, clue data, and game features are reviewed as the site grows. Feedback, corrections, and game ideas are always welcome through the contact page.

The site is designed to work on desktop and mobile without requiring an account. Creating an account is optional and only adds social features such as keeping track of your results and connecting with friends.

The Inspiration

Deduce started as a way to build something from scratch and make the kind of daily puzzle site I would actually want to check every day. The idea was to keep it simple, make each game feel distinct, and slowly turn it into a better home for niche trivia and guessing games.

Corrections and Puzzle Quality

Each format has its own rules and clue data, so quality work is ongoing. If an answer, date, location, accepted word, or comparison looks incorrect, send the game name and puzzle date through the Contact page. Clear reports are reviewed against the underlying puzzle data and corrected when needed.
